Why is the app not displaying transit information?

Metro and Bus relies on an internet connection to get information from our servers and display them in the app. Be sure than you have reliable service.


Occasionally, the makers of this app or the transit agencies experiences outages that make the required information temporarily unavailable. We closely monitor for such outages and prioritize minimizing the duration of any outage.
